Winter Rugby Speed, Explosion, and Agility Training 2024 Details:

Join us for a rugby-specific speed, explosiveness, and agility clinic with Top Flight Sports Performance Engineering. Participate in drills that will help you become faster, more explosive, and quicker to better your rugby game.

Referees looking to increase their on-field performance and coaches interested in learning more about speed skills and programming are also encouraged to attend.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

Sundays from 10 - 11 AM

January 28February 4, 11, 18, and 25

March 3, 10, 17, and 24

ABOUT COACH MU

Coach Ajamu “Mu” Olaniyan is a three-time National Champion, and seven-time All-American in the triple jump. He is a UW-La Crosse Wall of Fame member as well as WIAC All-Time team selection. As a sports performance engineer, Coach Olaniyan has enhanced speed, explosiveness, and agility for numerous athletes at the high school, college, and professional levels in baseball, basketball, football, soccer, rugby, and volleyball.
